Can I book a Babysitter in advance?

Of course. You can secure your Babysitter up to 60 days ahead, so you’re all set for the days you need. Early booking is always best to make sure your preferred times are available.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking, you’ll get a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not refundable.

Do you offer full-time bookings?

Yes, you can book part-time or full-time. At the moment, our Babysitters are live-out only. By UAE law, one Babysitter can work up to 12 hours a day. If you need round-the-clock care, we’ll assign two Babysitters to cover 12 hours each.

Can I ask for the same Babysitter again?

Definitely. If you and your child loved her, you can request her again. We’ll do our best to arrange the same Babysitter, depending on her schedule.

Are all Babysitters background-checked?

Yes. Every Babysitter is carefully screened with background checks, references, certifications, and training before joining Mumzworld.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

No, payments are prepaid only. This way, your booking is secured and worry-free.

What about twins?

For newborn twins, we recommend two Babysitters so each baby gets dedicated care and attention. If you prefer, we can also match you with one highly experienced Babysitter trained to care for twins.
